A tender look at the fallen flowers on the streets of Bangalore and the people that sweep them away.
The fallen flowers dotting the tar indicate a distinct time of day; the morning. In the morning, the interior lanes of a residential neighbourhood are still silent, yet to be overcrowded with vehicles and chatter.

During this window, this corner of the world is shared by street sweepers, a few construction workers, their families and even a few passers by. In a way, this time slot is theirs.

This project was conceptualized for a project proposal for B·LORE by BIC (Bangalore International Centre). While the project proposal was chosen, the final film did not make the cut. It was exciting to create something on a short deadline.
